Research and identify influencers and content creators who's align with our brand's values, target demographic, and marketing goals.
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaign strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
Developing quarterly brand campaigns to boost brand value and recognition while ensuring budget effectivity.
Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and external partners to support the smooth running of marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular marketing reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Overseeing and coordinating media plans, social media activities, and KOL strategies.
Manage and develop our community and community programs to maintain relationship
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing/business major, with min. 2 years experience in related fields
Highly passionate in beauty, familiarity in latest fashion and marketing trends will be an advantage, creative, innovative, great communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in creating performance reports
Have extensive knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices
Experienced with community and KOL strategies
