Role Description
The Marketing Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandung. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication plans that support brand positioning, business objectives, and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing marketing content, preparing press releases, and coordinating media outreach and public relations activities. The Marketing Communications Manager will oversee campaign planning, ensure message consistency across channels, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communications with strategic priorities. The role also involves managing project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine communication strategies.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
• Experience managing external agencies and multiple stakeholders
• Hospitality, tourism, hotel, resort, wedding, or lifestyle industry experience is preferred
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related discipline preferred
