About the Role
Smailing Group is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Commercial Associate to help grow our business through strategic partnerships and cross-business collaboration. In this role, you will identify cross-selling opportunities across our business units while building partnerships with banks, fintech companies, lifestyle brands, and other commercial partners to drive revenue growth and expand our commercial ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop cross-selling and co-selling opportunities across Smailing Group's business units.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, fintech companies, lifestyle brands, and other commercial partners.
- Conduct business meetings, presentations, and commercial pitches to generate new partnership opportunities.
- Develop commercial proposals, promotional campaigns, and partnership initiatives that create mutual business value.
- Collaborate with Business Units and Marketing teams to execute partnership campaigns and commercial activations.
- Monitor partnership performance, sales pipeline, and revenue to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular commercial reports and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer insights, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, Sales, Account Management, or Commercial roles, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, banking, fintech, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and proposal preparation.
- Proactive, analytical, and commercially minded, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
