Marketing Communication Executive

Role Description The Marketing Communication Executive at Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu is responsible for planning and executing marketing and communication activities to strengthen the hotel's brand presence and support revenue objectives. This contract, on-site role in Palu involves coordinating promotional campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and managing online and offline communication channels. The role includes creating and updating content for social media, the hotel website, and email campaigns; liaising with media and partners; and supporting the design and implementation of advertising, collateral, and event promotions. The Marketing Communication Executive will work closely with the sales, front office, and F&B teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely promotion of hotel services, offers, and events, while monitoring campaign performance and preparing regular reports for management.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing and communication skills, including experience in hospitality marketing, brand positioning, and promotional campaign coordination.
• Ability to develop clear, engaging written content for digital and print channels, such as social media posts, brochures, press releases, and email newsletters.
• Proficiency with basic design and content tools (e.g., Canva or similar), and familiarity with social media platforms and website content management.
• Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Good analytical abilities to track and interpret marketing performance metrics and provide concise reports and recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to represent the hotel professionally in all communications.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field; prior experience in hotel or tourism marketing is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesian, and willingness to work on-site at Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu during contracted hours.
