Marketing & Casual Leasing Executive (Balikpapan)

About the Role

You will work as a Marketing & Casual Leasing Executive where you will be responsible for carrying out commercial area marketing activities for exhibition/bazaar/sponsorship activities in certain periods (daily, weekly, monthly < 3 months) according to the scope to obtain potential tenants in accordance with the company's strategy and targets so that it can support the achievement of company targets.

What will you be doing

• Correspond to tenants regularly according to the applicable company timeline and procedures to support the achievement of company targets.
• Marketing the commercial area to potential tenants to support the achievement of company targets.
• Establish good and professional cooperative relationships with all tenants (internal & external), so as to achieve mutually beneficial business cooperation.
• Prepare cooperation proposals that are mutually beneficial for tenants and the company in accordance with applicable procedures, so that they can support the achievement of company targets.
• Regularly monitor tenant sales achievements, so that you can identify potential tenants to increase the achievement of company targets.

What do we look for

• Bachelor Degree, all major.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as Marketing/Leasing in Mall.
• Skill & Knowledge : Negosiasi & Persuasi, Business Orientation, Marketing Strategy, Leasing Management.
• Placement : Mall Living Plaza Balikpapan
