Job Description
As a Marketing Campaign Manager (Travel), your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across multiple travel products.
- Develop localized marketing campaigns tailored to Indonesian travelers.
- Manage campaign planning, product positioning, landing page setup, content layout, and campaign copywriting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance through key metrics such as conversion rate, order growth, user acquisition, and ROI.
- Work closely with regional and global stakeholders, including Product, Design, Flights, Hotels, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
- Stay ahead of travel trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
As a Marketing Campaign Manager (Travel), our main requirements will include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's travel industry and consumer behavior.
- Experience using campaign management systems or marketing technology platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- OTA, travel-tech, or e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
