Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tangerang for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research and planning, marketing campaigns, and supporting sales operations through creation of sales and CRM framework.

This role will mainly collaborate with head of marketing and product team, but will have significant interaction with customers and business partners as well.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication to effectively collaborate across teams and good poise to build relations with high-end customers.
• Show understanding in Market Research to analyze industry trends, consumer behavior and marketing strategy planning.
• Show understanding of building marketing funnels for conversion, both online and offline.
• Show understanding in Sales and Marketing operations, including budget controls and result analysis
• Show understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and business development.

• Plus point : Proficiency in using marketing ads tools, ads operations and experiments.

• Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
