Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans for Adidas Football and LFC (Liverpool FC) products.
  • Create marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales performance across all channels.
  • Align marketing calendars with global and local football campaigns, product launches, and key football events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the football category.

2. Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of football marketing campaigns, including product launches, club jersey launches, and major tournament activations.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and within budget.
  • Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis with actionable recommendations.

3. Retail & Trade Marketing Support

  • Collaborate closely with retail, VM, merchandising, and operations teams to maximize in-store football category visibility.
  • Plan and execute retail activations, store openings, product launch events, and football-themed promotions.
  • Ensure football product storytelling is consistently delivered across all touchpoints.
  • Support stores with marketing materials and activation plans to drive sell-through.

4. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Work with digital marketing teams to create engaging football-related content across social media and digital platforms.
  • Develop strategies to increase online engagement, traffic, and conversion.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage football moments, player stories, and club activities for content creation.

5. Partnership & Community Engagement

  • Build relationships with football communities, academies, influencers, media partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Organize football events, watch parties, grassroots football programs, and community activations.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that strengthen Adidas Football and LFC brand presence.
  • Support PR activities related to football campaigns and events.

6. Budget Management

  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets effectively.
  • Ensure marketing investments deliver measurable ROI and business objectives.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and campaign spending reports.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance, campaign results, consumer insights, and market trends.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve future marketing activities and category growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of marketing experience in Sport, Footwear, Active Categories.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia's sport's consumer landscape, malls, media, and influencer ecosystem.
  • Experience in event management, digital marketing, PR, or brand activation.
  • Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Familiar with principlas of P&L's and ability to understand and shape the impact of marcom initiatives on the P&L
