Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and executing various brand campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Develop creative design concepts for brand visual needs, including in-store promotional materials, activations, long banners, and website banners.
Collaborate with the sales team to create relevant and effective campaign ideas that support sales performance.
Maintain brand reputation and ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication materials and campaign activities.
Provide creative ideas and executions for various projects to strengthen the brand's positioning in the market.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in marketing and brand storytelling.
Strong passion for beauty and personal care trends.
Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and campaign strategy.
Strong copywriting and visual marketing sensibility.
Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
