What You Will Do
Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of
Marketing and Partnership. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing strategic partnerships that drive business growths. Take a look at points below to understand more about this role.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee partnership negotiations, contract development, and implementation of agreements.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners.
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify new partnership opportunities in line with market trends and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and marketing) to ensure the successful execution of partnership strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure their satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing partnerships, brand activation, and or business development.
- Proven track record in managing partnerships and driving revenue through collaborations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
