We are looking for a Marketing Communication Executive who is highly motivated to work with our Sales and Marketing team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing communication strategies tailored to the Chinese market to enhance AYANA&aposs brand awareness and positioning
Extract and refine product key selling points, and translate them into persuasive stories aligned with Chinese travelers&apos lifestyle preferences, cultural habits, and social media trends
Manage Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.), creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences
Produce high-quality Chinese copywriting for press releases, brochures, advertisements, promotional emails, and digital campaigns
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to integrate communication strategies into commercial objectives
Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer research to identify new growth opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and media partners to deliver impactful campaigns
Requirements
Exclusive for Chinese citizen
Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Minimum 2 years&apos experience in Marketing/Communications, preferably within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands
Proven strength in Chinese copywriting and content creation, with the ability to shape compelling brand narratives and localized key selling points
Deep understanding of Chinese social media ecosystem, including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and emerging platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
Excellent coordination and project management capabilities, able to work across functions and manage multiple priorities
Creative thinker with a balance of storytelling flair and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Indonesian language skills are an advantage
