We're Hiring: Marketing & Social Media Manager
SAN BADA DEVELOPMENT is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage our brand and project social media channels.
This role will focus primarily on creating and managing Instagram content for our real estate and hospitality development projects in Lombok.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAN BADA DEVELOPMENT and project-specific Instagram accounts
- Plan and produce content for Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, and Stories
- Visit project sites to capture construction progress, architecture, landscape, and lifestyle content
- Develop monthly content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Write clear and engaging English captions and marketing copy
- Turn project concepts, design features, location advantages, and investment highlights into compelling content
- Manage comments, direct messages, and initial inquiries from potential clients
- Coordinate with architects, designers, photographers, videographers, and the development team
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
- Support Meta advertising campaigns when required
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience managing Instagram or other social media accounts
- Experience creating short-form videos, Reels, and visual content
- Ability to use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Strong visual sense and an understanding of branding
- Ability to work independently and manage content schedules responsibly
- Must be based in Lombok or able to visit project sites regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle marketing
- Experience with property development or investment-related content
- Photography, videography, or drone operation skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Indonesian language proficiency
- Familiarity with Lombok and Bali
Employment Type
Full-time preferred, although other arrangements may be considered depending on experience.
