Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Description

• Identify, approach and acquire new potential customers.
• Handle client inquiries and provide clear, professional product or service information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and issue price quotations based on customer orders and internal costing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quotation details, job orders and production documents are accurate and complete.
• Monitor production process to ensure orders meet specifications and timelines.
• Provide regular updates and manage sales recap reports for internal analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum education Diploma (D3); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (SPG experience is acceptable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with Accurate Accounting Software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and target-driven.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or in a team.
