Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential users across Telegram and WhatsApp communities to drive user acquisition and conversion.
- Manage daily community interactions to increase engagement, activity, and user retention.
- Guide new users through the onboarding journey, including registration, KYC verification, deposits, and first trades.
- Publish market updates, trading insights, and promotional campaigns across community channels.
- Gather user feedback and collaborate with the team to optimize community content and conversion strategies.
Requirements
- Familiar with Telegram and WhatsApp community operations, including user acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Passionate about Crypto and trading; personal trading experience is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in community management, user conversion, sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Good command of English and Chinese; Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong execution skills, proactive communication, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Available for at least 32 -40hrs/week.
- Undergraduate and fresh graduation are welcome.
