Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Business Development Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market analysis, identifying potential clients, calculating export-import needs, communicating with overseas suppliers, and possessing a strong understanding of our company's products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our company's solutions.
- Calculate and analyze clients export-import requirements, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Communicate effectively with overseas suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. (English speaking skill is a must)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to bring their own laptop.
- Must be domiciled in or around the Jabodetabek area.
