Your Responsibilities
During your internship, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling customer service-related tasks within the marketing division.
- Monitoring and reporting customer complaints and requests through the platforms used by the team
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is or has:
- University student or Fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Office Administration, and related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, and familiar with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with administrative tasks
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude in completing tasks and solving problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills
