As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager who can manage complex event projects, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to our operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager is a key member of TBP's Account Servicing team. You are the problem-solver, the coordinator, and the steady hand that keeps projects moving. You will manage events from concept to completion, serve as the main liaison with clients, and ensure that all deliverables meet agency standards. Reporting to the Account Director, this role requires strong project ownership, client management, and cross-team collaboration.

Project Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of events, starting from conceptualisation.
  • Build and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all project requirements align with client goals and TBP's standards.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, operations, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution.

Client Management

  • Build strong relationships by addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Resource & Budget Management

  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency across all activities.
  • Identify creative solutions to minimise event waste and support TBP's sustainability commitments.
  • Track expenses and resource allocation to ensure projects remain within scope.

Operations Excellence

  • Partner closely with the Operations team to plan logistics and coordinate with vendors.
  • Develop and deliver training content for event crew members.
  • Conduct site inspections, oversee event setups, and ensure operational readiness.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and support team members in achieving project goals.
  • Provide guidance and motivation during high-pressure periods.

Post-Event Evaluation

  • Lead post-event evaluations to assess outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Compile feedback and insights for continuous enhancement of project delivery.

What We're Looking For (Required)

  • Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 34 years of experience in events project management, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing sustainability-focused event initiatives.
  • Familiarity with vendor management for large-scale events.
  • Basic knowledge of creative or marketing workflows in an agency environment.
  • Experience handling multiple simultaneous client accounts.
  • Cross-border campaign experience in Asia/global markets.
