Build and design questionnaire/discussion guide as needed;
Data preparation and data processing;
Develop deck presentation/research report to be delivered to clients;
Maintain relationship with clients as needed for projects necessity/requirements;
Conduct analysis based on acquired data and formulate relevant actionable insight for clients;
Collect and recruit participants for FGD/IDI;
IDI/FGD Moderating.
Requirements
Min 1 Year Experience in Market Research/Customer Insight Role either client side or agency side, or Fresh Graduate with internship experience from Research Agency Company;
Graduated from Business, Statistics, or related majors is an advantage;
Familiar with mixed research method;
Comfortable working with numbers;
Familiar with survey design tools and have experience in questionnaire scripting within survey program (e.g SurveyMonkey);
Proficient in Google Sheet & Google Slide;
Passionate in finding insight from market and creating recommendation based on research findings.
