Implement strategies to optimize inventory allocation and yield management to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust our supplier strategy accordingly.
Work closely with our technology team to ensure seamless integration of supplier systems with our platform.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with suppliers to resolve connectivity problems.
Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in travel technology.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier performance, such as booking conversion rates, cancellation rates, customer reviews, and revenue generation.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in supplier relationships and product offerings.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on supplier performance for management.
Work cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in supplier management within the travel industry, preferably with an OTA or tour operator.
Strong understanding of the online travel landscape, including distribution channels, booking systems, and revenue management principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using relevant tools and technologies.
