- Drive on-ground data collection initiatives, including fieldwork and qualitative interviews, to gather actionable market insights
- Conduct comprehensive desk research and competitor benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities
- Maintain and optimize regular monitoring dashboards and raw data logs to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Execute ad-hoc research requests with a fast turnaround to support dynamic business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent practical experience
- Possess 2-4 years of work experience in field research, operations, logistics, or a related industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and evaluate data-driven reports
- Prior exposure to e-commerce or logistics environments is preferred
- Proficient in English to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
