Job Description

Supporting the team with site research, lease negotiation tasks, and maintaining strong landlord relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• 5 years of experience in a commercial leasing or real estate support role (a plus).

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with basic real estate research.

• Working knowledge of commercial lease terminology (a plus).

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholder, and landlords.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to take initiative and learn independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve basic challenges.

Job Desc

  • Assist the team with identifying potential locations that align with our brand strategy and target audience.

• Conduct market research and analyze demographics, traffic patterns, and competitor landscapes for potential sites.

• Compile and maintain data on potential leasing opportunities, including property details, lease terms, and landlord information.

• Assist the team with lease negotiations by gathering relevant data, preparing lease documents, and scheduling meetings.

• Conduct research on comparable lease rates and market trends to inform negotiations.

• Review and analyze lease agreements, identifying key provisions and potential areas for clarification.

• Assist the internal stakeholders with maintaining communication and building positive relationships with landlords and property management teams.

• Assist with lease administration tasks, such as rent payment processing and lease renewal preparation.

• Respond to basic inquiries from landlords in a timely and professional manner.

• Assisting with managing the leasing process by gathering necessary documents, facilitating communication with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth transition for new F&B outlet openings.

• Review lease agreements, tenancy contracts, and other legal documents related to leasing activities.

• Assist in negotiating lease terms with landlords, agents, and stakeholders to secure favorable leasing terms.
