About the Team

The Market Research team at Rukita is a dynamic group young professionals responsible for ensuring the company&aposs competitiveness through strategic market insights. Their key focus areas include pricing strategy, and business development support, which greatly impact overall company growth. By conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis, they provide data-driven recommendations that drive informed decision-making and enhance business performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a Market Analyst Associate to support strategic market analysis projects, assess property and market conditions, and generate insights for decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and due diligence on potential properties.
  • Analyze property trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-driven market analysis.
  • Initiate research projects to uncover new opportunities in the property sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Urban & Regional Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of property research and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and Microsoft Office; tech-savviness is a plus.
  • Prior experience in property development or real estate consultancy is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GIS is a plus.
