As a Marcomm Team, you will be responsible for managing Marcomm budget administration, monitoring and analyzing spending effectiveness, and delivering accurate reporting to support efficient and compliant marketing investment decisions.
What will you do
- Manage end-to-end Marcomm administrative processes and budget control (PR, PO, invoice tracking, goods receipt, and supporting documents) with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor budget realization by brand, channel, and activity/campaign against the approved budget plan, and prepare monthly variance analysis.
- Prepare periodic analyses of marketing spending effectiveness (ROI/ROMI), including correlation with sales/offtake (S2/S3), as input for evaluation by the Head of Marcom, Head of Brand, and VP Marketing.
- Develop budget utilization scenarios and spending efficiency projections to support Marcomm budget allocation decisions.
- Build and maintain budget trackers, reporting templates, and campaign documentation to ensure Marcomm cross-functional data is consistent, well-organized, and easily traceable.
- Develop and maintain cost trackers for ESG/CSR projects under Marcomm to ensure all spending is documented and audit-ready.
- Act as the PIC for operational budget coordination with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and other functions to ensure processes run smoothly and on schedule.
- Identify process gaps or bottlenecks in budget/reporting workflows and propose more efficient, scalable improvements.
- Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on budget utilization, spending efficiency, and risk highlights for the Head of Marcom and relevant stakeholders.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, or Statistics.
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in budget analysis, business analysis, commercial finance, or marketing finance.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, dashboard/tracker development and management).
- Solid understanding of budget control processes and financial documentation (PR/PO/invoices/reconciliation/accruals).
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate analyses related to ROI/ROMI, variance, and spending performance.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills (Marcomm, Internal Marketing Team, Finance, Procurement) with clear communication.
- Experience operating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Accurate), with NetSuite experience considered a plus.
