Job Description

Location: Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Marcom strategies and plans:

- Creating Marcom strategies and plans for communication activities, including key assets, content marketing, influencer marketing, events, digital media...

- Prepare and manage Marcom Budget and KPIs

- Liase with Head Quater and cross-funtion Team to execute Marcom plans in line with business strategy, objectives and goals

- Coordinate with Brand Team to develop and promote branding initiatives, brand assets, brand equity consistent with corporate business goals and objectives

- Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs

- Set the yearly agenda for Marcom activities and actively manage the department to accomplish its goals

- Defining key targets and quality metrics for marketing communications initiatives and reviewing and evaluating results upon completion of the activities

Liase with BOD and cross-function team to prepare AOP

Manage and supervise content marketing and influencer marketing

- Liase with Content Team and Head Quarter to develop Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing Plan

- Manage and suppervise content, influencer marketing, events and activations production to ensure quality execution, brand alignment, and efficiency

- Responsible for managing and maximizing content marketing distribution efficiency on all digital platforms (owned/ influencer/ partner channels)

Manage, monitor and report Marcom KPIs (CPV, CPR, SOV,) for campaign tracking and continuous improvement

Manage and suppervise marketing agencies to serve all Marcom activities

- Researching, identifying, and selecting qualified agencies for externally assigned activities, monitoring ongoing progress, and resolving issues

- Provide direction, management, resolution and solutions for all Marcom activities

- Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities

- Evaluate the success of various communication strategies; provide and implement recommendations for improvement

Analyze new approaches to enhance marketing/ communications works

Requirement

  • Bachelor or master's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field.
  • 5+ years background in a similar position or -direct work experience in a marketing management capacity
  • Solid experience in managing ATL and BTL activities
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building, brand management and marketing mix
  • Sound understanding of communication practices, content marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing and procedures
  • Proficiency in social media marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills and work well under pressure
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
