PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk is looking for a Trainer Manufacturing & SCM to join our Learning & Development team.
About the Job As a Trainer Manufacturing SCM, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to improve employee competency across Manufacturing & Supply Chain operations while ensuring compliance with operational standards, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for the Manufacturing SCM team.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and recommend competency development programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through coaching, monitoring, and post-training assessments.
- Ensure the implementation of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, SOP, and QMS standards in operational training.
- Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Production, and SCM teams to support capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer, preferably in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, QMS, and Continuous Improvement.
- Experienced in developing training modules, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Able to analyze operational gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
