Manufacturing Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, risk mitigation plans, and performance tracking
• Identify and implement operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Manufacturing Operations
• Proven track record in leading large-scale operational or manufacturing projects
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
