About the Role
The role involves leading and managing manufacturing project transferred from China to Indonesia , to achieve the mass production/product industrialization.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with manufacturing operations teams in China and Indonesia to ensure the readiness of technical documentation, materials, equipment, and processes for the manufacturing transfer project.
- Develop and track project execution plans, handle and coordinate issues arising during the transfer, and mitigate risks to ensure the smooth completion of asset and equipment transportation, production line construction, installation, commissioning, and trial production phases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Required Skills
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (written and verbal) as a primary working language.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in MS Office and Project Management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, resilient, and capable of working under high pressure.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in manufacturing or technical transfer project or product industrialization.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing quality management systems and production processes.
Preferred Skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in mass production transfers or operational project management. PMP certification is highly desirable.
