About the role
The Manufacturing Operation Controller plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and alignment with production goals. This position requires strong analytical to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making within the manufacturing environment.
As Manufacturing Operation Controller, you need to:
- Monitor, retrieve, and analyze data related to operational activities in the factory to increase production efficiency
- Analyze the highest machine downtime which is used as a reference in machine repairs to reduce downtime figures
- Monitor the availability and quality of raw materials, machine condition and man power to achieve production targets
- Monitor and analyze maintenance and repair of machines in the factory to minimize rejects during production
- Monitor and analyze the number of man power with production targets and the condition of production machines to measure the accuracy of man power
- Collect data, monitor and analyze improvement projects to ensure operational efficiency and productivity
Qualifications that need to this position:
- Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having minimum 1 year experience as a Manufacturing Operational Controller
- Having leadership skill, strong interpersonal skill, and agility
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya, East Java
