Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement LEAN manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve overall efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KAIZEN events and process optimization projects.
  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and throughput enhancement.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies and automation solutions into manufacturing processes.
  • Lead training sessions to empower employees with the skills and knowledge needed to embrace change and drive improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Have a good command of English is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
