Mandarin Translator

Job Desciption:

• Provide accurate oral and written translation (MandarinEnglish/Bahasa) during meetings, field visits, store checks, and internal discussions.
• Translate documents, reports, messages, presentations, and operational materials.
• Accompany the Regional Head during area visits to ensure smooth communication with local teams and partners.
• Assist in preparing regional reports and support communication between HQ and the regional team.
• Support the Regional Head in daily coordination, scheduling, and follow-up tasks when language support is needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling company information.
• Bridge cultural and language differences to ensure effective teamwork.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major; Chinese Language/Linguistics is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred); both spoken and written.
• Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience as a translator/interpreter is a plus (corporate, manufacturing, sales, or field industry preferred).
• Willing to travel within Jabodetabek & West Java (Bandung)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Professional, discreet, and committed to accuracy in translation.
• Possess a valid SIM A and SIM C; able and willing to drive when required.
• Strong cultural understanding and ability to act as a communication bridge.
