Mandarin Translator

Responsibilities:

• Translate and communicate instructions, strategies, and decisions from China management to the local Indonesia team (English / Bahasa Indonesia)

• Collect and summarize feedback, work progress, and issues from the local team into clear Mandarin reports

• Support meetings, coordinate communication, and prepare meeting minutes

• Break down tasks into clear action points, PICs, and deadlines

• Follow up on tasks and ensure all parties fully understand and execute the given directions

Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin (minimum HSK 5)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome)

• Ability to understand and deliver complex business communication accurately

• Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and execution ability

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Overseas / cross-cultural experience, or experience in MCN / Content / TikTok is a plus

• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced working environment
