This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mandarin Translator based in South Jakarta. The Mandarin Translator will be responsible for translating business documents, meetings, and communications between Mandarin and English or Bahasa Indonesia. Additionally, the role involves assisting with cross-cultural communication, ensuring comprehension and accuracy, and maintaining the context and intent of all content. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and occasional external stakeholders to support Midea Group's operations in Indonesia.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Strong translation and interpretation skills, including the ability to convey nuances and cultural meanings accurately between languages.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain language integrity.
• Organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with business terminology and cross-cultural nuances; experience in working with an international organization is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Language Studies, or a related field is preferred.
