Job Title: Asset Management Translator / Coordinator (Data Center Operations Support)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Coordinator to support operations at our data center. This role does not require prior asset management experience but focuses heavily on language support, particularly Mandarin-Indonesian translation, and assisting with on-site coordination and basic warehouse management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time Mandarin-Indonesian translation support for on-site data center operations, including communication between local and international teams
- Assist with coordination of daily activities within the data center environment
- Support basic asset tracking and documentation (training will be provided)
- Help manage warehouse-related tasks such as inventory organization, stock checks, and material handling
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory movements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflow
- Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a data center environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle basic physical tasks related to warehouse operations
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a team
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in translation, coordination, or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with warehouse or inventory processes
