Mandarin Translator (Fintech)

Job Descriptions :

1. Translate documents, reports, and communications from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa.
2. Support daily communication and coordination between local teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
3. Assist the Collection team in communication, reporting, and operational coordination.
4. Provide administrative support related to translation and team operations.
5. Ensure translation accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all materials.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to support business and operational needs.
7. Participate in meetings and help facilitate smooth communication across departments.
8. Assist management with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree from any major.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Minimum Mandarin proficiency of HSK Level 5.
4. Fluent in Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience as a Mandarin Translator or working in a Chinese company is a plus.
8. Experience in fintech, collection, financial services, or related industries will be an advantage.
9. Familiarity with collection operations or handling collection-related coordination is a plus.
