Mandarin Translator & Interpreter

Job Responsibilties

• Providing accurate and timely translations of written materials, including contracts, correspondence, and other business documents
• Interpreting during meetings, conference calls, and other business interactions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure effective communication and understanding between all parties
• Maintaining a high level of language proficiency and keeping up with industry terminology and best practices
• Contributing to the development of translation and interpretation processes and guidelines

Job requirements:

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Demonstrated experience as a professional translator and/or interpreter, preferably within the banking and financial services industry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills to handle complex terminology and industry-specific content
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
