Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, with strong English proficiency; HSK Level 4, 5, or 6 preferred.
- Proven experience translating technical documents and providing interpretation, preferably in engineering or technical fields.
- Strong on-site communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with engineers and project owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical documents, reports, letters, presentations, and project-related communications from Mandarin to Indonesian (and vice versa) with accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.
- Provide interpretation during meetings, project discussions, site visits, and conference calls with engineers and project owners.
- Coordinate directly on-site with engineers and project owners to ensure technical requirements are accurately delivered.
- Maintain high-quality translations, ensuring consistency of technical terminology and adherence to professional standards.
- Review, proofread, and verify translated materials to ensure accuracy, coherence, and alignment with project objectives.
- Act as a liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Working Conditions:
