Lillipods Preschool is a growing preschool founded in Jakarta, focused on providing quality early childhood education while nurturing children's creativity, curiosity, and character from an early age. After the success of our first school in Jakarta, we are now expanding and opening a new branch in Batam.

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Mandarin Teacher who is ready to help shape the future of early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin to early years children
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Overseas graduates from Mandarin-speaking countries are a plus
• A lifelong learner with a growth mindset

Job Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and fun, engaging classroom activities
• Lead classroom sessions and conduct teaching activities according to the class schedule
• Support individual students or small groups to strengthen their Mandarin language skills
• Lead Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC), Parent Initial Meetings (PIM), or other meetings with parents when needed
