Mandarin Speaking Doctor

Providing comprehensive medical care, occupational health support, and emergency response services to employees working on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare consultation, diagnosis, and treatment related to medical conditions.
• Conduct medical assessments, health screenings, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
• Respond to medical emergencies, stabilize patients, and coordinate medical evacuation when required.
• Communicate medical information effectively in both Mandarin and the local language/English to support patient understanding and treatment compliance.
• Prepare medical reports, incident summaries, and health-related statistics for management.
• Support crisis management activities during medical emergencies, disease outbreaks, or major incidents.

Qualifications

• General Practitioner, who posses valid STR
• Comfortable and able to communicate in the Mandarin Language
• Having minimum 2 years medical experience
• Having emergency experience is a plus
• ATLS, ACLS, and Hiperkes certification are optional, but an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to location all over Indonesia
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Quality services oriented, with mature and pleasant personality
