Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of business development and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports in Specific Area.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth business supply chain operations going smoothly.
• Assist in developing presentations, and commercial documentation.
• Monitor customer orders, sales forecasts, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory status and assist in demand forecasting and sales planning.
• Support cross-functional communication between Indonesia Sales and HQ to optimize inventory turnover and order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports related to stock movement, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and business documents with discretion.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
