Role Description :

This is an on-site contract role as a Mandarin Speaker CX. As Mandarin agent you will be responsible for :

• Handling customer's complain and give information by Voice / Digital
• Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem

Qualifications :

• Indonesian that active and has a good communication in Mandarin
• Educational Background Min High School - D3/S1 all literature (Mandarin Study Graduated is preffered), GPA min 2.75
• Fast Typing Skill and Multitasking
• Proficient in Mandarin at HSK 3 level
• CSAT oriented
• Willing to work on shifting
• Willing to be placed in Semarang
• Willing to join immediately
