This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sidoarjo for a Mandarin Speaker. The position involves daily responsibilities such as facilitating communication between teams, acting as a translator for Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth interactions within the organization. Additional duties may include document translation, administrative support, and assisting with cross-cultural communication between local and international teams to enhance business operations.

• Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge language and cultural gaps effectively.
• Document translation experience and attention to detail in written materials.
• Administrative abilities, including time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in standard office software.
• Familiarity with footwear manufacturing or the fashion industry is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
