We are seeking a full-time, on-site Mandarin Speaker to join our team at our Sidoarjo location. In this role, you will facilitate effective communication between Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include assisting in translation, ensuring accurate and clear communication during meetings, providing written translations for documentation, and supporting cross-cultural collaborations and partnerships. Additionally, you will contribute to improving communication processes and handle administrative tasks related to language support within the organization.

• Proficient in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Excellent translation and interpretation abilities, especially in a business and technical context.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration in a diverse work environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with footwear manufacturing processes or related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin, Translation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in interpreting or working in a bilingual role is advantageous.
