Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mandarin Speaker - Language Professional Staff at Pou Chen Group Indonesia in Serang, Sukabumi, Cianjur or Pekalongan* (open for discussion,*Pekalongan site does not include dormitory facilities). The placement of department will depends on the candidate professional background. The role involves providing support and facilitating communication within the organization. The Language Professional Staff will also be responsible for project management or task assigned by supervisor.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (minimum HSK 5/TOCFL 4 - must have qualifications)/ (HSK 5/TOCLF 4 )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cross-cultural communication/
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment/
- Bachelor's degree or above/
- Citizen of Indonesia/
