Job Description

Responsibilities

Translate documents between Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.
Act as an interpreter during meetings, business trips, and daily communications with Chinese counterparts.
Support smooth communication between local teams and Chinese staff/clients.
Handle administrative tasks related to Mandarin-language documents and reports.
Assist in company projects or operations involving Chinese stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in any major (Chinese Language, International Business, or related fields preferred).
Proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing), HSK Level 4 or above.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience as a Mandarin translator/interpreter (fresh graduates are welcome).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related work tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to be placed in Pekalongan.
