Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mandarin Speaker - Language Professional Staff at Pou Chen Group Indonesia in Serang, Sukabumi,Cianjur or pekalongan (could be discussed). The placement of department will depends on the candidate professional background. The role involves providing support and facilitating communication within the organization. The Language Professional Staff will also be responsible for project management or task assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (minimum HSK 5/TOCFL 4 - must have qualifications)/中文流利 (HSK 5级/TOCLF 4 級或以上)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力
• Experience in cross-cultural communication/具备跨文化沟通经验
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment/能够在多元文化环境中高效工作
• Bachelor's degree or above/本科及以上学历
• Citizen of Indonesia/印尼公民

Salary and Benefit

• Salary negotiable based on abilities 薪資可討論
• Dorm/Mess and canteen provided for free (3 times a day) 宿舍和餐厅(三餐,不收費), Pekalongan site does not have dorm but salary could discuss.
• Weekend shuttle bus to Jakarta (depends on site regulation) 周末往返雅加达的班车服务 (视廠规定)
• 40 hours work week 每周工作 40小时
