Attendance Management: Manage attendance records for local staff, including working hours, anomaly resolution, and overtime applications.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate the hiring and resignation processes for local production personnel.
Non-BOM Procurement Support: Execute purchase requests and follow-up on non-inventory materials (indirect materials) for the production department.
Translation & Interpretation: Provide professional translation for Chinese expatriates during meetings, production documentation, and training materials.
GA department:
Expat Attendance: Manage attendance for Chinese expatriates, including allowance calculations, anomaly tracking, and overtime management.
Administrative Support: Coordinate expatriate logistics, including Visa/KITAS processing, dormitory management, flight bookings, and company transportation.
HR Coordination: Act as a liaison with the GA department to execute recruitment updates, performance management (KPIs), and corporate culture activities.
HRBP Assistance: Support and complete tasks assigned by the HRBP working in China.
Job Requirements
Language Proficiency: Minimum HSK 5 certification; must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (specifically advanced Excel functions and Word for reporting).
Soft Skills:Self-driven and extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
