Mandarin Speaker Business Support - Accounting & Tax

Job Responsibilities::

- Assist in communicating and coordinating with Mandarin-speaking clients regarding accounting and tax matters.

- Provide Mandarin–Indonesian interpretation during client meetings, discussions, and business communications.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents in Mandarin and Indonesian.

- Support the team in day-to-day client engagements and other business-related activities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mandarin/Chinese Language, Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business, or related fields.

- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.

- Have basic knowledge of accounting and Indonesian taxation.

- Able to understand and translate accounting and tax-related terminology accurately.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Previous experience in accounting, tax, consulting, translation, or working with Mandarin-speaking clients is a plus.
