Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development within the Energy Storage industry.
Hands-on experience selling Residential Energy Storage Systems (ESS), including battery storage, hybrid inverter, or residential solar energy solutions.
Proven track record of developing and managing 3–5 key distributors or strategic accounts.
Strong experience in distributor management, channel development, commercial negotiation, and business expansion.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Able to identify market opportunities and build long-term partnerships with distributors and channel partners.
Willing to travel for customer visits and business meetings when required.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
Language Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
Candidates without Mandarin proficiency may still be considered if they possess exceptional experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in renewable energy, solar PV, battery storage, inverter, or clean energy industries.
Existing distributor or business network within the residential energy storage market.
Strong understanding of channel sales strategy and distributor development.
