Role Description

The Mandarin Sourcing & Partnership Officer will be responsible for managing brands / supplier relationships, identifying new sourcing opportunities, and supporting cross-border partnerships. Key responsibilities include brand partnership sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to international trade regulations. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to coordinate projects and develop strategic partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships development experience
• Strong Communication skills for effective negotiation and collaboration
• Project Management and Organization skills for planning and executing procurement and partnership workflows
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with suppliers and partners will be good
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and work effectively with a cross-functional and multicultural team
• Experience in the e-commerce or trading industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / International Relations, or relevant field is preferred
• Training is provided from zero, fresh graduates welcome!
