MANDARIN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

As a Mandarin Industrial Engineer, You will To support the development of production systems for a new manufacturing facility, in collaboration with Mandarin-speaking consultants and vendors.

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related fields).

. Proficient in spoken Mandarin.

. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

. Willingness to undergo further training in carbon composite industry and technical Mandarin.

. Prior experience working or interacting directly with Mandarin-speaking engineering teams.

. Experience in the bicycle, carbon, or other composite industries.

. Assist in understanding and evaluating technical discussions related to production machinery, manufacturing processes, materials, and related topics.

. Participate in the analysis and implementation of production systems designed in collaboration with consultants and vendors.

. Document engineering decisions and technical specifications throughout the factory development process.

. Support knowledge transfer from consultants and vendors to the internal team
